The Flood festival began 30 years ago after a major flood filled the crater of Cauldron.  Since then, the churches have worked together to create Wands of Water Control.  A festival began to commemorate the co-operation of the citizens and the churches, preventing everyone from forgetting the dire consequences of ignoring the weather.

Many different ideas came up regarding events in the Flood Festival. These include:
